1
Who you are
Used in every prompt — tells the AI whose lens to apply
This appears in every prompt. Be specific — years, capital deployed, what you're known for.
Principal investor / GP
LP / allocator
Corporate development
Analyst
2
Your firm
Used in speaker attribution and memo attribution
3
Investment focus
Select sectors in priority order — click in the order you care about them. The AI uses this to weight memo relevance and flag intel.
Power & utilities
Digital infrastructure
Midstream / LNG
Energy transition
Transportation
Water & environmental
Social infrastructure
Renewables
The AI appends this to every transcript analysis. Name regulatory orders, deal structures, or themes you always want called out.
Any mention of these in call transcripts or emails triggers a competitive intel flag in action items.
4
Your team
This drives speaker attribution on call transcripts — who gets credited for which action items. Fill out "call behavior" carefully.
Why this matters. On internal calls, the AI uses each person's stated call behavior to figure out who made which commitment. If your deal lead "drives the agenda" and you "validate and provide market context" — those are different action owners. Leave this blank and internal call action items will be mis-attributed.
5
Analytical style
How memos are structured and what the AI leads with
Six-section investor memo (default)
Core Argument · Consensus · Tension · Open Questions · What You'd Need · Key Names. Best for deal and LP calls.
Brief summary
3–4 paragraph narrative. Good for advisory and check-in calls where a full memo is overkill.
Comprehensive coverage
Extended six-section format with more depth per section. Good for IC-level calls and diligence sessions.
Is there an investment here?
Lead with the investment implication. Who else is looking? What would it take to act?
What are the key risks?
Lead with downside. What could kill the thesis? What's not being said?
What's the relationship / next step?
Lead with who to call and when. Good for pipeline-building and LP relationship calls.
Named assets, firms, and numbers only — never thematic
If it's in the transcript, name it. No floating assertions. Good for active deal calls.
Lead with specifics, thematic summary acceptable
Name what's named, summarize what isn't. Good for market/sector calls.
6
Email draft voice
How the AI sounds when it drafts replies on your behalf
Professional and direct
Principal investor frame. No pleasantries. Answer first, context second.
Warm and relationship-focused
Invests in the person, not just the answer. Good for LP and founder relationships.
Formal and institutional
Measured. Appropriate for regulated counterparties, government contacts, formal pitches.
Maximally concise
One paragraph max. Answer only. No framing.
Short default (2–4 sentences)
Adaptive (up to 8)
Always brief (1–2 sentences)
Apologies for late reply
Hope you're well / doing great
Looking forward to hearing from you

The primary classification engine — update this every time you start a new deal.
Any email mentioning these is automatically routed to your Deal Pipeline doc. Include both the project name and the company name.
Any call or email mentioning these people triggers a flagged action item. Format: Name | Context
